A project like Palmilla doesn't come along often. This stunning 580m² coastal home on a 1,098m² block demanded electrical work that matched the calibre of the build — and that's exactly what we delivered.
Lighting
A home of this scale and quality lives or dies by its lighting design. Across five bedrooms, four bathrooms, multiple living zones and extensive outdoor entertaining areas, we worked to ensure every space was lit beautifully and functionally. The soaring 3-metre ground floor ceilings and open-plan layout gave us a great canvas to work with.
Kitchen & Appliances
The kitchen is the heart of this home, and the electrical fit-out reflects that. Dual dishwashers, built-in refrigeration, and an InSinkErator all required careful planning and installation — alongside the butler's pantry which demanded its own dedicated circuits and appliance provisions.
Entertainment & Lifestyle
From the dedicated theatre room to the electric fireplace in the open-plan living area, this home is wired for modern family life. Every room, every zone, planned and executed to work seamlessly together.
Outdoor & Alfresco
The outdoor entertaining areas were a highlight of this project. The fully equipped alfresco kitchen, BBQ, beverage fridge, mineral pool, firepit, and outdoor shower all required a robust and well-planned external electrical setup — built to handle the Gold Coast lifestyle year-round.
Dual Living
The intelligent dual living layout meant careful consideration of separate circuits and provisions to ensure both areas of the home operate independently and efficiently.
