Avanti is a three-storey luxury triplex in Mermaid Waters, delivered with a full electrical scope from first works to final fit-off. A build of this scale — three levels across multiple dwellings — demands an electrical partner who can carry every stage of the job: underground infrastructure, mains and switchboards, the full lighting and low-voltage design, and every appliance and outlet fit-off, without losing precision as the trades stack up around it. ADAMSON was engaged for the complete scope, led on-site by Electrical Foreman Bradley Gauld. The Solution The job covered every stage of the electrical build, from the ground up: Site works and infrastructure — trenching and excavation, galvanised private pole and foundation cage, concrete works, earthing cables and rod, and NBN lead-in conduit. Power and switchboards — mains and submains, meterbox, and all internal switchboards and controlgear. Lighting and low voltage — install of light fittings including LED strips, flush-mount smoke detectors throughout ect. Power and connections — all internal and external GPOs, including benchtop GPOs, a 35 amp hob isolator, external GPOs and isolators for appliances and external lighting. Comfort and ventilation — all sweep and exhaust fans, plus external vents, louvres, and ducting for exhaust fans and rangehoods, installed in coordination with the building's external cladding. Data, AV and appliances — all data and TV points, TV brackets and recessed mounting plates, speaker wiring, and connection of all appliances including heated towel rails. Sensors and smart features — all sensors installed as part of the lighting and control scope. The Result A fully wired, three-storey luxury triplex delivered end to end by one electrical contractor — from the private pole and earthing in the ground to the last light fitting and appliance connection.
